We recommend that you register for advance check-in using your own smartphone prior to your arrival.

In accordance with laws and regulations, we ask that all guests' information (name, address, contact information, and occupation) be entered at check-in.
If all guests are Japanese nationals, only the representative person needs to register. Foreign nationals who do not reside in Japan will be required to present their passports.
The method of notification will vary depending on the site where the reservation was made and the details of the change. Please contact us with the name of the person who made the reservation, the reservation code, and the details of the change.
Cancellation of a reservation after it has been made will be subject to a penalty charge as follows in accordance with the Accommodation Regulations.

In addition to towel sets and slippers (one set per person per stay), shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap are available in the bathroom.
In accordance with the Law for Promotion of Recycling of Plastic Resources, which came into effect on April 1, 2022, we are discontinuing the provision of amenities (toothbrushes) in guest rooms as part of our efforts to reduce plastic waste.

There is no curfew and access is available 24 hours a day. Please check the information from the facility for details.
For guests staying 7 nights or more, stayover cleaning is provided on the 4th day of your stay and every 7 days thereafter.
For stays of 6 nights or fewer, stayover cleaning is not provided. As part of our commitment to the SDGs and to reduce environmental impact, we operate with an eco-friendly cleaning policy.
Towel and linen replacement is available upon request. Please feel free to contact us if needed.
