A self-service cloakroom is available on the 1st floor. Please feel free to use it.
We recommend completing the pre-check-in process on your smartphone before arrival.
Upon arrival, please have the smartphone you used for pre-check-in ready.
If you have not completed pre-check-in, please use the tablet at the front desk to scan the QR code with your smartphone and complete the check-in registration.
In accordance with regulations, all guests are required to provide their information (name, address, contact details, and occupation) at check-in.

Cancellations after booking are subject to the following cancellation fees in accordance with our accommodation terms.

We provide a towel set and slippers (one set per guest per stay), along with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap in the bathroom.
※ In line with the Plastic Resource Circulation Promotion Act and as part of our efforts to reduce plastic waste, we have discontinued the provision of toothbrushes in guest rooms.
We do not provide pajamas, bathrobes, or other sleepwear. Please bring your own.
Bamboo toothbrushes are available for purchase.

Amenities are not provided for children staying free (co-sleeping).
There is no restaurant in the facility. There are restaurants and eateries near each property, so please make use of them.
There is no curfew. The facility is accessible 24 hours a day. Please refer to the information provided by the facility for details.
For guests staying 7 nights or more, a stay cleaning service is provided on the 4th day after check-in and every 7 days thereafter. For stays of 6 nights or less, no stay cleaning is provided, but as part of our SDGs initiatives, we have adopted operations that reduce environmental impact. Towel and sheet changes are available upon request, so please feel free to ask.
We do not accept luggage sent to the facility or to guests during their stay.
