What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00.

Each time may differ depending on the plan you have reserved.

Is check-in available at night?

You can check in any time after 15:00, even if you arrive at night.
Early check-in before 15:00 is not permitted to ensure cleaning time.

Can I enter my room before check-in time?

All guests are requested to check in after 15:00.

Is late check-out (extended check-out time) available?

The normal check-out time of 10:00 can be extended up to 12:00.

If you would like to request a late check-out, please contact us through the inquiry form after making a reservation. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the situation on the day of your stay.

What do I need to present at check-in?

We recommend that you register for advance check-in using your own smartphone prior to your arrival.

Once you arrive, please have the smartphone with which you have registered for check-in ready at hand.

If you have not pre-registered, please use your smartphone to scan the QR code from the tablet available at the front desk to register for check-in.

In accordance with laws and regulations, we ask that all guests' information (name, address, contact information, and occupation) be entered at check-in.

If all guests are Japanese nationals, only the representative person needs to register. Foreign nationals who do not reside in Japan will be required to present their passports.

What amenities are available?

In addition to towel sets and slippers (one set per person per stay), shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap are available in the bathroom.

In accordance with the Law for Promotion of Recycling of Plastic Resources, which came into effect on April 1, 2022, we are discontinuing the provision of amenities (toothbrushes) in guest rooms as part of our efforts to reduce plastic waste.

Do you have pajamas?

Pajamas, bathrobes, and other loungewear are not provided. Please note that we do not provide pajamas, bathrobes, or other room wear.

Are there any items available for purchase in the facility?

Bamboo toothbrushes are available for purchase.

Is there a kitchen available?

If you have any other questions, please contact each facility. Please note that seasonings are not provided at all facilities.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Is there a fee for children?

Children 7 years old and older are charged the same rate as adults. Children under 6 years old who sleep alone on a bed or futon will be charged the same rate as adults.

However, children under 6 years old who sleep with an adult are free of charge.

Are amenities included for children sleeping with you?

No amenities are provided for children who sleep with a parent (free of charge).

If you need amenities, please make a reservation with the number of children as adults.

Does the facility have a restaurant?

There are no restaurants in the facilities. Please make use of the restaurants in the vicinity of the facility.

Is there a curfew?

There are no access restrictions. Guests can enter and exit freely 24 hours a day. For more details, please refer to the information provided by the facility.

About Other Services
Do you provide cleaning services during my stay?

At our facility, guests staying for 7 nights or more will receive stay-over cleaning on the 4th day of their stay and every 7 days thereafter. For stays of 6 nights or fewer, stay-over cleaning is not provided. However, as part of our efforts to support the SDGs, we have adopted measures to reduce environmental impact. If you require towel or linen replacements, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I send my luggage in advance?

Please do not send luggage to the facility or to our guests during their stay.
