For security reasons, guests are required to enter a 4-digit access code at the hotel entrance (main lobby).
Please enter the code provided in your reservation confirmation email on the keypad located next to the entrance door to unlock it.

You can check in any time after 3:00 p.m., even if you arrive at night.

Early check-in is not available before 3:00 p.m.

All guests are requested to check in after 3:00 p.m.

Please note that we do not provide a luggage storage service.

We recommend that you register for advance check-in via your own smartphone prior to arrival.

Upon arrival, please have the smartphone with which you have registered for advance check-in ready at hand.

In accordance with laws and regulations, we ask that all guest information (name, address, contact information, occupation) be entered at check-in.

If all guests are Japanese nationals, only the representative person needs to register. Foreign nationals who do not reside in Japan will be required to present their passports.

The method of notification will vary depending on the site where the reservation was made and the details of the change. Please contact us with the name of the person who made the reservation, the reservation code, and the details of the change.

Cancellation of a reservation after it has been made will be subject to a penalty charge as follows in accordance with the Accommodation Regulations.

Minors are not allowed to stay at the hotel without the permission of the parents or guardians of all the guests.

In addition to towel sets and slippers (one set per person per stay), shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap are available in the bathroom.

In accordance with the Law for Promotion of Recycling of Plastic Resources, which came into effect on April 1, 2022, we are discontinuing the provision of amenities (toothbrushes) in guest rooms as part of our efforts to reduce plastic waste.

We do not provide pajamas, bathrobes, or other loungewear. Please bring your favorite ones.

Bamboo toothbrushes are available for purchase.

All rooms are equipped with a kitchen.

Please note that seasonings are not provided in all facilities.

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms free of charge.

Please refer to the in-room instructions on how to connect.

All guest rooms are non-smoking. If smoking is found in areas other than the smoking area, a separate cleaning fee of 10,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.

On-site parking is available at ¥1,000 per vehicle per night (spaces are limited).
When making a reservation, please select the parking option and provide your vehicle information (car model and license plate number).

Children aged 6 years and older will be charged the same rate as adults.

Children aged 5 years and under:
　・Sharing a bed with an adult: Free of charge
　・Using a separate bed or futon: Charged the same rate as adults

※ The number of children who can share a bed free of charge varies depending on the room type.

No amenities are provided for children who sleep with a parent (free of charge).

If you need amenities, please make a reservation with the number of children as adults.

There is no curfew and access is available 24 hours a day. Please check the information from the facility for details.

For guests staying 7 nights or more, stayover cleaning is provided on the 4th day of your stay and every 7 days thereafter.
For stays of 6 nights or fewer, stayover cleaning is not provided. As part of our commitment to the SDGs and to reduce environmental impact, we operate with an eco-friendly cleaning policy.

Towel and linen replacement is available upon request. Please feel free to contact us if needed.
