Is check-in available at night?

You can check in any time after 3:00 p.m., even if you arrive in the evening.

Early check-in is not available before 15:00.

Can I enter my room before check-in time?

All guests are requested to check in after 15:00.

Can I leave my luggage before/after check-in?

We do not provide luggage storage service.

What do I need to present at check-in?

We recommend that you register for advance check-in via your own smartphone prior to arrival.

Upon arrival, please have the smartphone with which you have registered for advance check-in ready at hand.

In accordance with laws and regulations, we ask that all guest information (name, address, contact information, occupation) be entered at check-in.

If all guests are Japanese nationals, only the representative person needs to register. Foreign nationals who do not reside in Japan will be required to present their passports.

Minors are not allowed to stay at the hotel without the permission of the parents or guardians of all the guests.

What amenities are available?

In addition to towel sets and slippers (one set per person per stay), shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap are provided in the bathroom.

In accordance with the "Law for Promotion of Recycling of Plastic Resources," we have discontinued the provision of amenities (toothbrushes) in guest rooms as part of our efforts to reduce plastic waste.

Do you have pajamas?

We do not provide pajamas, bathrobes, or other loungewear. Please bring your favorite ones.

Is there a kitchen available?

All rooms are equipped with a kitchen.

Please note that seasonings are not provided in all facilities.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms free of charge.

Are smoking rooms available?

Children 6 years old and up are charged the same rate as adults.

Children 5 years old and younger stay free if they sleep with an adult.　Children under 5 years of age may stay in the same room with an adult for free.

Are amenities included for children sleeping with you?

No amenities are provided for children who sleep with their parents (free of charge).

Is there a curfew?

There is no curfew and access is available 24 hours a day. Please check the information from the facility for details.

About Other Services

Do you provide cleaning services during my stay?

For stays of 7 nights or more, we offer a stay-cleaning service on the 4th day of check-in and every 7 days thereafter. We will be happy to change towels and sheets as needed.

Can I send my luggage in advance?

Please do not send luggage to the facility or to our guests during their stay.
