What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00.

Is check-in available at night?

You can check in any time after 3:00 p.m., even if you arrive at night.

Early check-in before 3:00 p.m. is not permitted to ensure cleaning time.

Can I enter my room before check-in time?

All guests are requested to check in after 3:00 p.m.

Is late check-out (extended check-out time) available?

The normal check-out time of 10:00 a.m. can be extended up to 12:00 p.m.

If you would like to request a late check-out, please contact us through the inquiry form after making a reservation. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the situation on the day of your stay.

Additional charges are as follows

30 min. (until 10:30) ¥ 1,500 (Incl. tax)
60 min. (until 11:00) ¥ 3,000 (Inc. tax)
90 min. (until 11:30) ¥ 4,500 (Inc. tax)
120 min. (until 12:00) ¥ 6,000 (Inc. tax)
Can I leave my luggage before or after check-in?

All facilities do not offer luggage storage service.

What do I need to present at check-in?

We recommend that you register for advance check-in using your own smartphone prior to your arrival at the hotel.

Once you arrive at the hotel, please have the smartphone with which you have registered for check-in ready at hand.

If you have not pre-registered, please use your smartphone to scan the QR code from the tablet available at the front desk to register for check-in.

In accordance with laws and regulations, we ask that all guests' information (name, address, contact information, and occupation) be entered at check-in.

If all guests are Japanese nationals, only the representative person needs to register. Foreign nationals who do not reside in Japan will be required to present their passports.

I would like to change my reservation details.

The instructions will vary depending on the site where the reservation was made and the details of the change. Please contact the hotel with the name of the person who made the reservation, the reservation code, and the details of the change.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations after a reservation has been made will be subject to the following penalty charges in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Accommodation.

We are all under 18, can we stay?

Minors are not allowed to stay at the hotel without the permission of the parents or guardians of all the guests.

What amenities are available?

In addition to towel sets and slippers (one set per person per stay), shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap are available in the bathroom.

In accordance with the Law for Promotion of Recycling of Plastic Resources, which came into effect on April 1, 2022, we are discontinuing the provision of amenities (toothbrushes) in guest rooms as part of our efforts to reduce plastic waste.

Do you have pajamas?

Pajamas, bathrobes, and other loungewear are not provided. Please note that we do not provide pajamas, bathrobes, or other room wear.

Are there any items available for purchase in the facility?

No, there are no such facilities. Some facilities have convenience stores and supermarkets nearby.

Is there a kitchen available?

No, there are no such facilities. Some facilities have convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby.

Sheater Sapporo has a kitchenette in the common area.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms free of charge.

Are smoking rooms available?

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.

If smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee of 10,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.

Is there parking available?

There are no affiliated parking lots.

Please contact each facility for information on nearby coin-operated parking.

Where is the nearest train station?

Please refer to the access information on each facility page.

Is there a fee for children?

Children 7 years old and older are charged the same rate as adults. Children under 6 years old who sleep alone on a bed or futon will be charged the same rate as adults.

However, children under 6 years old who sleep with an adult are free of charge.

The number of children who can sleep with an adult for free varies depending on the room type. Please check each facility's page.

Are amenities included for children sleeping with you?

No amenities are provided for children who sleep with their parents (free of charge).

If you need amenities, please make a reservation with the number of children as adults.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

There are no restaurants. There are restaurants in the vicinity of each facility, so please make use of them.

Is there a curfew?

There is no access to the facility during the daytime.

Depending on the facility you are using, there may be different ways to enter and exit the facility at night than during the day. Please check the information provided by the facility for details.

Where can I find the application and viewing instructions?

Do you provide cleaning services during my stay?

No, we do not. We do not clean rooms during your stay, but after check-out.

If you wish to have your room cleaned during your stay, an additional cleaning fee of 2,200 yen (tax included) will be charged.

If you wish to have your room cleaned, please let us know by 3:00 p.m. the day before you wish to have your room cleaned.

Can I send my luggage in advance?

Please do not send luggage to the facility or to our guests during their stay.
