For dinner and other meal plans, you can choose from the original menu of "Nippon Ham Food Hall" or "TruffleBAKERY". If you wish to use this option, please select the option when making a reservation on the FVILLAGE reservation site. *There may be days when this cannot be provided depending on the business hours of each facility. Please check the reservation site for details.

You can use Tower Eleven Onsen & Sauna. Available for guests from 11:00 to 24:00. *Availability may change due to events, exclusive use of the facility, or game times. *Swimsuits are required to use the bar zone and outdoor spaces (sauna, cold bath, outdoor hot spring). Swimsuits can be rented for a fee or you can bring your own. Rentals are available for a fee from the vending machine in the changing room, but numbers and sizes are limited.

This is only possible on the day of check-in. *We cannot store cash, valuables, fragile items, or items that require temperature and humidity control (such as refrigerated shipping). We cannot store luggage after check-out. There are lockers in front of the hotel front desk, so please use them, or you can use the luggage mailing service in the stadium to send your luggage.

Children aged 7 and over (elementary school students) are charged the same rate as adults. Children aged 6 and under (preschool children) are free if they share a bed with an adult. However, children aged 6 and under who require a separate bed/futon rather than sharing a bed with an adult, and who require breakfast for one person, will be charged the same rate as adults. If a child aged 6 and under requires a bed/futon and breakfast, please select "Child (elementary school student)" and enter the number of children aged 6 and under in the "Requests" section on the reservation page.
