You can check in any time after 15:00, even if you arrive at night.
Early check-in before 15:00 is not permitted to ensure cleaning time.

All guests are requested to check in after 15:00.

A self-service luggage storage area is available for guests.
Please feel free to use it.

We recommend that you register for advance check-in using your own smartphone prior to your arrival.

Once you arrive, please have the smartphone with which you have registered for check-in ready at hand.

If you have not pre-registered, please use your smartphone to scan the QR code from the tablet available at the front desk to register for check-in.

In accordance with laws and regulations, we ask that all guests' information (name, address, contact information, and occupation) be entered at check-in.

If all guests are Japanese nationals, only the representative person needs to register. Foreign nationals who do not reside in Japan will be required to present their passports.

The instructions will vary depending on the site where the reservation was made and the details of the change. Please contact with the name of the person who made the reservation, the reservation code, and the details of the change.

Cancellation of a reservation after it has been made will be subject to a penalty charge as follows in accordance with the Accommodation Regulations.

Minors are not allowed to stay at the hotel without the permission of the parents or guardians of all the guests.

A towel set and slippers (one set per guest per stay) are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap in the bathroom.

※ In accordance with the Plastic Resource Circulation Act, we have discontinued providing in-room amenities such as toothbrushes as part of our efforts to reduce plastic waste.

Pajamas, bathrobes, and other loungewear are not provided. Please bring your preferred sleepwear with you.

All rooms are equipped with a kitchen.

Please note that seasonings and condiments are not provided at any of our properties. We kindly ask guests to bring their own if needed.

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms free of charge.

All rooms and the entire property are non-smoking.

If smoking is found in areas other than designated smoking areas, a separate cleaning fee will be charged, consisting of the actual cost incurred for cleaning services plus a handling fee of JPY 10,000 (tax included).

No parking is available at the property. Please use nearby coin-operated parking facilities.

Children aged 6 and above are charged the same rate as adults.

For children aged 5 and below:

When sharing a bed with an adult: They can stay free of charge.
When using their own bedding (bed or futon): The same rate as an adult will apply.

No amenities are provided for children staying free of charge while sharing a bed with an adult.

If amenities are required for your child, please include them as an adult guest when making your reservation.

There is no curfew. Guests can enter and exit the property 24 hours a day. Please refer to the information provided by the property for further details.

For guests staying 7 nights or more, a stay cleaning service will be provided on the 4th day after check-in and every 7 days thereafter.

For stays of 6 nights or fewer, stay cleaning service is not provided. However, as part of our SDGs initiatives, we have adopted environmentally friendly operations to reduce our environmental impact.

Towel and linen replacement can be arranged upon request if needed. Please feel free to contact us.
