The hotel does not have its own dedicated parking lot. However, there is a parking facility called “Tonarie Parking” (58 spaces) located in the same building. Please use this parking facility.

Vehicles up to 2.1m in height and 1.9m in width can be accommodated.

・For hotel guests, parking is 1,500 JPY for up to 24 hours from the time of entry.
Example: If you enter at 3:00 PM and leave at 11:00 AM the next day, only 1,500 JPY is charged (less than 24 hours, so no additional fee).

・If your parking exceeds 24 hours, an additional 1,500 JPY will be charged for each 24-hour period.

・If you exit the parking and re-enter, a new payment and QR code discount ticket are required.

・On certain dates (such as during games or special events), the parking fee calculation may be based on midnight (12:00 AM).

Cash, credit cards, and electronic payment methods are accepted (available brands may vary).

To apply the guest discount, please complete the procedure at the front desk during check-in or check-out.
Inform our front desk staff that you are using the parking lot.

The QR discount code can be issued at the front desk upon check-out.
Please make sure to receive your QR code to apply the parking discount.

Some shops in Tonarie offer parking discounts for purchases over a certain amount.
Please check the discount conditions at each store.
Please note that these discounts cannot be combined with the hotel guest discount.

You can reach the hotel directly through the building from Tonarie Parking.
Elevators and escalators are available for your convenience.

The parking lot becomes extremely crowded on game days and is often full.
The busiest time is usually from two hours before the game starts until game time.
Even hotel guests may have difficulty finding a space, so we strongly recommend parking early.

Yes. Tonarie Parking has designated spaces for wheelchair users.
Elevator access to the hotel is available, and the route is barrier-free.

You can check in any time after 15:00, even if you arrive at night.
Please note that the hotel entrance is secured after 1:00 a.m.
If you plan to check in after 1:00 a.m., please contact us in advance.

Early check-in before 15:00 is not permitted to ensure cleaning time.

All guests are requested to check in after 15:00.

A self-service luggage storage area is available for guests.
Please feel free to use it.

We recommend that you register for advance check-in via your own smartphone prior to arrival.

Upon arrival, please have the smartphone with which you have registered for advance check-in ready at hand.

In accordance with laws and regulations, we ask that all guest information (name, address, contact information, occupation) be entered at check-in.

If all guests are Japanese nationals, only the representative person needs to register. Foreign nationals who do not reside in Japan will be required to present their passports.

The instructions will vary depending on the site where the reservation was made and the details of the change. Please contact with the name of the person who made the reservation, the reservation code, and the details of the change.

Cancellation of a reservation after it has been made will be subject to a penalty charge as follows in accordance with the Accommodation Regulations.

Minors are not allowed to stay at the hotel without the permission of the parents or guardians of all the guests.

In addition to towel sets and slippers (one set per person per stay), shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap are available in the bathroom.

In accordance with the Law for Promotion of Recycling of Plastic Resources, which came into effect on April 1, 2022, we are discontinuing the provision of amenities (toothbrushes) in guest rooms as part of our efforts to reduce plastic waste.

Gowns are available at the front desk on the 4th floor.

A convenience store and beverage vending machines are available within the facility.

Some rooms are equipped with kitchen facilities.

Children aged 6 years and older will be charged the same rate as adults.

Children aged 5 years and under:
　・Sharing a bed with an adult: Free of charge
　・Using a separate bed or futon: Charged the same rate as adults

No amenities are provided for children who sleep with their parents (free of charge).

If you need amenities, please make a reservation with children as adults.

There is no curfew and access is available 24 hours a day. Please check the information from the facility for details.

At our facility, guests staying for 7 nights or more will receive stay-over cleaning on the 4th day of their stay and every 7 days thereafter. For stays of 6 nights or fewer, stay-over cleaning is not provided. However, as part of our efforts to support the SDGs, we have adopted measures to reduce environmental impact. If you require towel or linen replacements, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please do not send luggage to the facility or to our guests during their stay.

Yes, you can store your luggage at the hotel. We have a "Luggage Room" next to the front desk for this purpose.
If the Luggage Room is full, please speak to a front desk staff member, and we will arrange alternative storage for you.
