Cancellation Policy
A 100% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the reservation date.

◇ Important Notes
- Your reserved time must include setup and cleanup.
- Waste disposal is available. Please separate your garbage accordingly.
- If your use exceeds the reserved time, an extension fee of JPY 33,000 per hour (tax included) will be charged.
- The popup store fee applies per booth. Each space, such as the kitchen, is charged separately.
- For space rentals and popup use, other hotel guests may also be staying on the premises. Please contact us regarding the facility's availability on your preferred date.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the facility. There is no designated smoking area.
- Damaging or defacing the facility or its equipment is strictly prohibited.
